Fostering Pets Saves Lives

Sam Coffey Animal Rescue Friends (SCARF) is a foster-based organization. This means our Junction-area pets transition to forever homes through the love and care of fosters. Foster homes provide TLC and basic training, and our organization covers vet care and can loan supplies.

While it can be hard to say goodbye to a foster pet, it’s incredibly rewarding to set them up for success and see the joy the pet will bring to a new family. If you fall in love with your foster, you get first consideration for adoption.
